TeamMachine

・TeamMachine provides an opportunity for employees to rediscover their purpose and establish new norms for greater collaboration. ・Half-day in-person workshops for HR, managers, teams, departments, and other groups. ・Bilingual facilitation in Japanese and English. ・The workshops cover diversity, equity, collaboration, belonging, fostering community, hybrid or remote work environments, mergers and acquisitions, building awareness, creating change, and integrating cultures. TeamMachine is a simulation workshop that promotes collaboration, communication, and teamwork in the workplace. The workshops aim to improve the real-life problem of fostering connections among employees who have not worked face-to-face in months, and in some cases may never have even met. TeamMachine is a shortcut to building trust in an increasingly diverse global marketplace. It rediscovers employees' organizational goals and engages in self-reflection. It provides a practical roadmap for implementing WE-Building and establishing new norms across departmental differences, language, nationality, race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, and many other factors. In two hours, participants will gain knowledge of successful individual and group behaviors. And most importantly, they will become aware of behaviors that organizations need to modify to build better communication, stronger relationships, and more efficient teamwork. Participants will think, communicate, and problem-solve from start to finish. TeamMachine strongly emphasizes cross-cultural communication and teamwork. The primary outcome of participating in a TeamMachine workshop is a clear understanding that people from different backgrounds and departments within the same organization are allies, not competitors. TeamMachine helps participants quickly and clearly understand that making an effort to cooperate and communicate well with others in the organization is a prerequisite for success in the 21st century. Minimum participation of 12 participants, 25 participants. Half-day face-to-face workshop.
